The candidate must meet the following knowledge/technical skills: * Document cases in the management tool * Report entries, exits or incidents occurring during service (complying with the procedure) * Complete transportation forms * Service formats and deliver them to the coordinator * Escalate unresolved issues and obstacles in a timely manner.
