




**JOIN OUR TEAM – TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (SOLAR ENERGY)** We are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer** with experience in **diagnosing, repairing, installing, and commissioning off-grid and on-grid solar energy equipment.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems and their components. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers, offering on-site assistance to resolve faults in inverters, controllers, pumps, and other solar energy equipment. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues related to equipment. * Conduct field visits to inspect and resolve problems in solar installations. * Collaborate with the sales team to improve products and services. * Train customers and internal staff on the use and maintenance of solar energy equipment and systems. * Maintain detailed records of support activities and implemented solutions. * Liaise with manufacturers to resolve technical issues with solar energy equipment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the solar energy sector. * Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and their components. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
