Requirements: Education: Minimum technical or technological level, or students in final semesters of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year Specific Knowledge: Database management, office tools, and customer service. Functional understanding of CRM, knowledge of Power BI, CX, EX, XM is desirable.
