At **RapiCredit** we are looking for a **Growth Data Scientist** who can integrate advanced analytics with marketing and growth strategies. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights by designing models, metrics, and dashboards that optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and monitor key marketing and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention, ROAS). * Analyze and optimize advertising investments using attribution models and Marketing Mix Modeling. * Build interactive dashboards and automated reports in BI tools. * Develop predictive models for churn, segmentation, and LTV. * Run A/B testing experiments and propose improvements to the user experience. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and security. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive data\-driven decisions. **Requirements** * Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** as a data analyst / data scientist or related roles. * Proficiency in **SQL, MySQL, Excel, Python, and Power BI**. * Proficiency in **R and Python**. * Experience in data mining, BI dashboards, and marketing analytics. * Knowledge of growth hacking and tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment. * Basic to intermediate technical English. * Essential knowledge of Growth hacking. **We especially value** * Ability to efficiently handle large volumes of data. * Skill in generating actionable insights and communicating them effectively. * Experience in process automation and scalability of data solutions. * Continuous updating on analytics and marketing trends. **What we offer** * Opportunity for impact * Innovative environment Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote in Bogotá Job type: Full-time, Permanent Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Data analyst: 2 years (Required) * SQL, MySQL, R, Python: 2 years (Required) * Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau: 2 years (Required) * Key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, etc.: 2 years (Required) * Data analyst or similar roles: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Desirable)
