We are looking for a person passionate about computer science and telecommunications with advanced technical problem-solving skills. **Role:** Front Office Patch Manager **Requirements:** * Associate or Systems Engineer degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Six (6\) months to two (2\) years of experience. * **Valid professional card.** * Knowledge of **ITIL.** * Technical experience in **Windows and Unix (Linux, Red Hat, Centos, Fedora, AIX, Solaris, HP\-UX).** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the implementation and maintenance of patches on operating systems. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure service reliability. * Monitor and resolve incidents related to patches. * Prepare technical reports to document management processes. **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Medellín. * Work Modality: On-site. * Contract Type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm with availability.
