Job description **Role:** * Unix Front Office Analyst **Requirements:** * Technical degree, Technologist, Systems Engineer or related fields. * **Professional card is mandatory.** * Six (6) months to two (2) years of experience. * Knowledge of **ITIL, IT service management tools.** * Technical knowledge in troubleshooting operating systems **Windows - Unix (Linux, Red Hat, Centos, Fedora, AIX, Solaris and HP-UX).** * **Desirable knowledge: virtualization.** **Functions:** * Platform/product/security/servers/infrastructures/systems/storage/databases administration services. **Working Conditions:** * Workplace: Medellín. * Work modality: On-site. * Contract type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience. * Schedule: Availability for 7x24 shift rotation (maximum 8-hour shifts) with one day off per week. * Benefits: Life insurance plus Family Funeral Insurance and others.
