We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a **Tech Lead** well\-versed in **.NET and React**, located in **Latin America (preferably Argentina)**. As we are currently working with multiple companies on a wide range of products, there are several exciting projects where your expertise could make a real impact. We are looking for:* 5\+ years of experience with .NET, C\#, REST APIs, and Web Services. * 5\+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. * Proven experience leading development teams and guiding technical decisions. * Experience designing and maintaining scalable architectures in cloud environments (preferably Azure). * Experience with Sitecore 10\. * Demonstrated experience across the .NET development ecosystem (including testing and debugging). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
