The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment **Responsibilities:** * As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources * Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email. * Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management **Requirements** * Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required * Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Proactive approach and strong work ethic * Excellent attention to detail * Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired * Tech\-savvy, comfortable using self\-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity **Benefits** * USD base salary \+ commissions * Contractor / Consultancy position * PTO available * Full\-time position
