We have a global opportunity for a Sales Manager ME LATAM and FAPAN Operations – Colombia to work in our **Bogotá – Colombia** unit. **Responsibilities and attributions** * Develop, supervise, and implement annual operational planning, as well as create and execute the unit's strategic planning; * Ensure compliance with monthly and annual forecasts for revenue, fixed/variable costs, and selling, general, and administrative expenses; * Promote continuous pursuit of innovations, new strategies, and market trends by establishing development policies and monitoring action plans; * Continuously improve the organizational climate of the unit through structured plans and close leadership committed to leading by example; * Develop, identify, and attract talent to ensure the company's sustainability; * Strive for a prominent position for Frasle Mobility brands in LATAM by collaborating with BUs, Product Marketing, and Frasle Mobility’s Global Supply Chain; * Understand and exceed key customer expectations, positioning the unit as a reference point. **Requirements and qualifications** **Industry experience:** * Experience in managerial roles, experience in automotive parts, experience in profit and loss management; desirable experience in friction and as an executive in the automotive industry; * Completed university degree in Engineering and/or Administration; * Fluent English and Spanish; **Specific courses and knowledge:** * Automotive industry, preferably IAM, knowledge of automotive braking and undercarriage applications, solid understanding of sales and marketing for the automotive market, team management, lean manufacturing, accounting/financial knowledge, profit and loss management, and international experience. **Additional information** **Global opportunity:** * Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Colombia; * Randoncorp employees may be eligible if they have at least one year of active employment with the company; * This job opportunity offers a direct employment contract with a company based in **Bogotá – Colombia.** #### **Here at Randoncorp we believe that tomorrow is built by people.
