Position: Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst Education: Technical or technologist degree in Finance, Accounting, Billing, or related fields. Knowledge: · Office tools · Accounting knowledge · Accounting ERP system handling · Billing, accruals, payment methods handling (credit card, cash, virtual payments), and accounts receivable management · Advanced knowledge of the electronic billing process and use of the DIAN platform. · Knowledge in petty cash management. Experience: Minimum 2 years in related roles. Responsibilities: · Generate and issue electronic invoices for all company customers, verifying data accuracy. · Perform daily verification of invoice sequences and monitor invoice status on the DIAN platform. · Carry out printing, registration, and physical or electronic delivery of invoices to customers. · Handle supplier invoices through the SIESA portal or other defined systems. · Execute specific billing processes for key clients. · Responsible for managing, safeguarding, and controlling the petty cash fund. · Prepare cash receipts for authorized purposes. · Perform daily reconciliation of petty cash, ensuring accuracy. · Make bank deposits of collections according to established procedures. · Conduct continuous monitoring and follow-up on customer credit, verifying compliance with assigned terms and limits. · Support the accrual of expenses and costs associated with company operations. · Generate and submit periodic accounts receivable reports detailing balances, aging, and credit status. · Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
