We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia and will work the shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. During the first 3 months, the expectation will be in office 5 days a week. Post the 3\-month period, the role will be Hybrid, 3 days in office. The Insurance Process and Client Support Analyst role prepares insurance documents on industry\-standard forms for our clients and is responsible for reviewing submitted documentation, consulting insurance information, and preparing and distributing the Certificates of Insurance to appropriate parties. This role is critical in supporting our risk management and client service operations by maintaining up\-to\-date and verified insurance records. **\*PLEASE SUBMIT CVs IN ENGLISH\*** **We will count on you to:** * Manage and fulfill ad\-hoc certificate requests promptly and accurately * Verify that all certificates meet company and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to coverage limits, effective dates, and insured parties. * Update and maintain accurate records in the Certificates database and related systems. * Communicate with internal teams and external clients or brokers to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information. * Ensure timely processing to meet internal deadlines and client expectations. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline certificate processing workflows. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive insurance information. * Receive, review, and process standard client renewal certificates of insurance timely and accurately * Handle end\-to\-end certificate processing including updates of master templates, following directions regarding final document aggregation and distribution **What you need to have:** * Experience in customer service supporting clients in a fast\-paced office environment, reviewing business documents and identifying relevant information to complete tasks, and working with multiple applications effectively to complete transactions. * Policy administration systems, CRM platforms, MS Office (Excel), and digital COI/e\-delivery tools. * Associate or bachelor´s degree. * **Advanced written and spoken English.** **What makes you stand out:** * 1\+ year of experience in the insurance industry, commercial or corporate preferred. * Familiar with insurance documentation such as endorsements, policies, and certificates. **Why join our team:** * We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities. * Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well\-being.
