This position is for DHL SUPPLY CHAIN COLOMBIA SAS Role Description Your Challenge: • Handling generated orders • Handling tickets • Updating and reviewing transportation systems • Validation and control of generated orders • Order registration • Answering phone calls • Updating emergency logs • Creating orders in systems according to customer requests • Track\&Trace of services • Monitoring suppliers to ensure service compliance • Resolving and managing operational conflicts We offer: \- Direct contract with the company \- Schedules: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and two Sundays per month within any of the assigned schedules. \- Hybrid Work \- Benefits Requirements Education: Completed professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management or related fields.
