Please carefully read the following description and if you feel your purpose aligns with our company, don't hesitate to apply. **POSITION MISSION:** Carry out support activities for the operations process that ensure the provision of MEPER SOLUTIONS services, guaranteeing the **telephone scheduling** of advisors and data entry into the information systems defined by the company. **EXPERIENCE:** To perform this role, it is essential that you have at least one year of experience in call centers, customer service, focused on closing deals and cold sales. **EDUCATION:** It is required that your educational level be technical/technologist and related to social sciences, administrative, accounting, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** A welcoming work environment, surrounded by colleagues with excellent attitudes and positive energy.
