This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative group of professionals and make a significant impact on business outcomes. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation and implementation of data science solutions tailored to marketing challenges such as churn prediction, audience segmentation, and lifetime value modeling * Prepare, transform, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to enable model development and campaign analytics * Develop and validate machine learning models using Python or R, and work with engineering teams to integrate them into production systems * Design experiments and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the impact of predictive models * Communicate complex analytical results and technical concepts in a clear, actionable manner to marketing stakeholders * Contribute to the advancement of AI and machine learning practices within the marketing performance team * Document modeling strategies, underlying assumptions, and performance metrics in a clear and organized manner **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline * At least 3 years of hands\-on experience in a data science or analytics role * Advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning model development * Deep understanding of supervised learning methods, including classification, regression, feature engineering, and model evaluation * Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large\-scale datasets * Experience with experimental design and analysis, such as A/B testing and uplift modeling * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present models and methodologies to audiences without technical backgrounds * Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2\+ level or above **Nice to have** * Background working with marketing data, paid media campaign analytics, or user behavior modeling * Familiarity with AI tools and techniques, including large language models, recommendation systems, or generative AI * Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and version control systems like Git * Previous work in the gaming, media, or entertainment sectors **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
