The main objective of this role is to **provide first-line support** to our client's employees, assisting in the **resolution of hardware and software incidents** through various channels: phone, email, chat, or other platforms. The agent will be responsible for ensuring a **high level of service and satisfaction**, efficiently managing available resources, information, and technological tools. **Technical Requirements and Skills** * Experience using **ticketing systems**. * Knowledge in **diagnosing and resolving PC hardware and software issues** (installation, configuration). * Experience in **managing IT incidents and requests**. * Solid knowledge of **Microsoft operating systems** and peripherals (printers, network copiers, etc.). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook and Office 365** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with **web applications** and corporate technical support environments. * Knowledge of **macOS** (desirable, not mandatory). * **Advanced English proficiency** (mandatory requirement). **Working Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Direct, indefinite-term contract. * **Salary:** Between **$3,800,000 and $4,000,000 COP**, plus an additional allowance of **5% to 7%** for availability (rotating shifts). * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site – **Barranquilla**. * **Company:** Multinational healthcare services provider.
