Description

Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with standards, tracking performance indicators, and increasing sales in restaurants, including administrative management and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Manage compliance with standards and objectives in restaurants. 2. Increase sales and transactions through commercial initiatives. 3. Monitor inventories and administrative processes. \- Ensure compliance with standards for assigned restaurants. \- Track and ensure achievement of sales, cost, service level, and other KPIs established for outlets. \- Adhere to sales budgets. \- Increase sales and transactions at assigned restaurants through various commercial initiatives. \- Monitor inventories and administrative processes at assigned restaurants. \- Monitor and report progress toward established goals and objectives. \- Prepare performance and management reports.
