




**Location: El Salvador or Colombia (Barranquilla)** **Description:** You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports that support data visualization and analysis to monitor the operational performance of the Contact Center. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Report and Dashboard Design:** Create operational and strategic dashboards in QuickSight. Visualize performance metrics for agents, queues, outbound campaigns, etc. * **Data Source Integration:** Connect data from Amazon Connect, Elasticsearch, and other internal sources. Collaborate with the technical team to define efficient data pipelines. * **Automation and Maintenance:** Automate periodic report generation. Ensure the quality and consistency of reported data. **Requirements to Apply:** * **Education:** Active undergraduate student in Systems Engineering or related field. Recent graduate in Systems Engineering, or awaiting degree completion in Systems Engineering or related field. * **Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge:** Data visualization tools (Power BI, intermediate Excel), Amazon QuickSight (desired), Elasticsearch (desired), Amazon Connect, SQL. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (preferred). Prior experience in Contact Center environments preferred (ideally with Amazon Connect). * **Languages:** Intermediate English desired (not mandatory). * **Location:** San Salvador, El Salvador / Barranquilla, Colombia (on-site mode)
