**Steer** is looking for a motivated and talented consultant or assistant consultant with a passion for cities and their mobility to join our Bogotá office team. We are seeking someone driven by the passion to advise clients on projects that improve mobility, cities, and economies. The person in this role will have opportunities to apply their knowledge to provide solid answers to our clients' complex questions. **Responsibilities** * Work collaboratively with senior staff and other consultants both within our office and across our international network. * Analyze and interpret model results, generating conclusions and translating them into presentations. * Contribute to the preparation and delivery of technical reports and presentations related to the studies conducted. **Requirements** * Professional experience in a relevant field between 0 to 5 years. * Experience using software (e.g., EMME, VISUM, VISSIM, TRANSCAD, GIS, among others). * A postgraduate degree in project management, transportation, urban planning, or related fields is desirable. * Programming knowledge in Python or R. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with expert-level skills in Excel. * Ability to plan and structure reports and presentations clearly and concisely. * Ability to write clear reports and proposals and deliver high-quality work within established timelines. * Take responsibility for tasks and workflows, successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Work comfortably in creative multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and make positive contributions to problem-solving. * Work on different projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality outputs within set deadlines. * Knowledge of transport sector policies, standards, and business issues will be an advantage. **Benefits** We celebrate our team's exceptional performance with an annual bonus based on the company's overall results, recognizing each individual's contribution to our collective progress at Steer.
