You will ensure that your team has sufficient knowledge to complete and execute assigned tasks successfully delivering our service. Additionally, as an expert in payroll processes and their application, you will be able to identify potential risks impacting the business and participate in developing proposals based on client needs, building trusted relationships to understand their business objectives with a strategic vision. Specialization and/or Master's degree in related areas is desirable. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, including at least one year supervising teams. * Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, payroll processing, and tax calculations. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * **Tools:** Office Suite.
