Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery. **Position Details:** This position will be based in Antioquia \- Colombia Service must be provided during the day shift, with occasional weekend support as required by customer needs. Help customers achieve their sustainability goals while protecting their critical assets. **Profile Requirements** * Technical or Professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * More than 3 years of experience in water treatment, mechanical systems, or related areas. * Valid driver's license with no restrictions (ideal). * Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments. * Hands-on plumbing experience and/or familiarity with industrial equipment. * Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems. * Understanding of basic electrical systems related to dosing pump power supply. * Basic knowledge of PLC programming, such as Siemens LOGO. * Advanced knowledge of high-risk tasks including hazardous energy, hazardous materials, and electrical work. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Active vehicle driver's license issued at least 2 years ago.
