We are seeking a **Field Service Representative III**, where your technical expertise and customer focus will help shape a more sustainable future. You will be part of a purpose-driven team supporting water treatment systems across various industries. You will work hands-on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance. **How You Will Make a Difference:** Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems. Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and resolve equipment and treatment issues, focusing on cost\-effective solutions. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery. **Position Details:** This position will be based in Antioquia \- Colombia Service must be provided during the day shift, with occasional weekend support as required by customer needs. Help customers achieve their sustainability goals while protecting their critical assets. **Profile Requirements** * Technical or Professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * More than 3 years of experience in water treatment, mechanical systems, or related areas. * Valid driver's license with no restrictions (ideal). * Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments. * Hands-on plumbing experience and/or familiarity with industrial equipment. * Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems. * Understanding of basic electrical systems related to dosing pump power supply. * Basic knowledge of PLC programming, such as Siemens LOGO. * Advanced knowledge of high-risk tasks including hazardous energy, hazardous materials, and electrical work. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Active vehicle driver's license issued at least 2 years ago.
