





Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy of inventories and the control of operational resources in the area. You will be responsible for ensuring traceability and efficiency in the logistics flow of the food and beverage department. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with analytical skills and proven experience in the sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze inventory in warehouses and sales points. * Manage purchase orders and budget control for the department. * Validate movements and consumption in the SAP system. * Lead and coordinate the work of operational staff. * Required Profile: * Graduate professional in administrative, logistics or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control/logistics, and 2 years in F&B. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP. * Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM Saturday - Sunday (holidays): 9:00 AM \- 7:00 PM Position type: Full-time, Permanent
