Job Description: We are looking for commercial advisors to join our energy sector team. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition and advisory services for energy products, both electricity and gas, always offering the Added Value Service (AVS) of our product. Working Conditions: • Work Schedule: Part-time, 5 hours per day, with a daily break of 30 to 45 minutes. • Base Salary: COP $711,750 net monthly. • Commissions: Starting from the 15th sale, a commission of COP $31,017.70 will be paid per contract closed with AVS. • Payroll Payment: On the 10th of each month. (Any changes will be notified in advance). • Commission Payment: Will be made together with the following month's salary. • Commission Condition: If the customer cancels before completing the first month, the corresponding commission will not be paid. • Contract Type: Temporary contract, with possibility of indefinite incorporation based on performance and results. • Work Mode: Remote work. Another Position: • Work Schedule: Full-time, 9 hours per day, with a daily break of 45 to 60 minutes. • Base Salary: COP $1,423,500 net monthly. • Commissions: Starting from the 25th sale, a commission of COP $31,017.70 will be paid per contract closed with AVS. • Payroll Payment: On the 10th of each month. (Any changes will be notified in advance). • Commission Payment: Will be made together with the following month's salary. • Commission Condition: If the customer cancels before completing the first month, the corresponding commission will not be paid. • Contract Type: Temporary contract, with possibility of indefinite incorporation based on performance and results. • Work Mode: Remote work Requirements: • Communication and negotiation skills. • Results-oriented. • Ability to work towards goals and as part of a team. • Previous experience in the energy sector, sales, or customer service will be valued. • Essential technical requirements: o Desktop or laptop computer in proper working condition. o Headphones or headset with built-in microphone and audio output. o Stable internet connection.
