If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Store Manager’ Main Responsibilities * Represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way. * Inspire and lead our customers' experience with excellence, both in visual and product marketing and in customer service. * Act as a people\-centered leader, training and coaching the store team. * Develop the skills of store employees to drive sales to their maximum potential by expanding their product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and optimizing visual presentation standards. * Lead the onboarding of new employees into the team, ensuring the best onboarding experience. * Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. * Act as a product expert and ambassador for the Skechers brand. * Ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store personnel. * Establish strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and maximize results. * Master all store operations, systems, and processes, including opening and closing the point of sale, inventory management, reporting, etc. * Ensure that all safety routines and measures are in place.
