We are currently looking for an **Inhouse Warehouse Assistant** to support our team in Colombia within the logistics area. **Functions and Challenges:** * Ensure the proper execution of container reception processes, communicating with the Demand Planning team to align product types and quantities according to Purchase Orders. * Continuously monitor and supervise inventory storage, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize warehouse space usage. * Handle dispatch-related requests raised by the organization that must exclusively be managed in person, coordinating with Fulppi's area managers. * Monitor compliance with commitments and SLAs established in the service agreement with Fulppi. * Support transportation management for product deliveries to end customers and marketplaces. * Implement a quality control process for received inventory to detect any technical inconsistencies. * Lead and closely monitor reverse logistics and product return processes, maintaining constant communication with the SAC team to provide timely solutions to customers. * Coordinate periodic inventory tasks at the distribution center together with Urbano's operations team, as well as in-store inventories with the Better Commerce team. * Monitor inventory turnover within the warehouse. * Track store replenishments from order preparation through associated transportation for delivery to the respective store. * Report stock levels of returned products and manage their release through channels designated by Better Commerce. **You will be perfect for this role if you meet the following requirements:** * Higher education degree or diploma in Logistics. * Proven previous experience in warehouse management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience using logistics operating systems. **Working conditions:** * **Working hours:** Mon to Fri 08:00 am \- 17:00 pm * **Work location:** Calle 21 70\-71, Bogotá. * **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract for 1 month, renewable for 3 months, then indefinite (subject to performance evaluation). * **Salary:** $1\.754\.000 COP / month. **Why you'll love working with us:** * 2 administrative days per year (1 per semester). * Half-day off on your birthday. * 15 vacation days upon request (after one year of employment). * Great working environment. * Flexibility. *Help us transform our brands into the \#1 in Chile and Latin America.* Job type: Full-time, Indefinite Application question(s): * How many years of verifiable warehouse experience do you have? * Do you have advanced Excel skills? * How many years of experience do you have with cyclic inventory management? * How many years of experience do you have supervising warehouse inventory? * How many years of experience do you have managing transportation for dispatches? * Are you agreeable to the proposed working hours?
