VACANCY: COLD ROOM ASSISTANT **Area:** Logistics **Workplace:** Bogotá Job Objective: Ensure the receipt, storage, inventory control, and delivery of raw materials, as well as the efficient preparation and dispatch of finished products, guaranteeing the cold chain, food safety, and compliance with food and occupational safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Receive, organize, and control raw materials and finished products in cold rooms. * Verify batches, expiration dates, and quantities. * Record inventory in spreadsheets and participate in physical inventories. * Perform order picking and prepare shipments. * Monitor and report cold room temperatures. * Comply with GMP, HACCP, and OHS regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in production or warehouse roles, preferably in cold rooms or the food industry.
