This position is for SUPPLA S.A **Position Objective** ---------------------- Ensure timely production and delivery of products with optimal management of resources (equipment and personnel) and in accordance with the GMP standards established by the organization. **Job Requirements** ---------------------------- * Graduated Technician or Technologist and/or university student in the final semesters of administrative or engineering programs * Minimum of 2 years proven experience in production processes (**secondary conditioning**) required. * Knowledge of operational procedures (receiving, preparation, storage, dispatch). * Knowledge in handling and manipulation of products. * Basic Excel and Office suite skills **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Directly and continuously supervise shift personnel ensuring compliance with established rules and activities. * Rotate personnel across different internal areas/processes, assigning tasks accordingly. * Ensure that established process controls and quality checks are carried out at the frequency specified in the SOP. * Receive production orders and review their respective documents. * Coordinate and control the daily delivery of products to the warehouse with all documents properly completed. * Provide the necessary amount of personnel, considering their aptitudes, to the line supervisors in each area during processes. * Agree with the client on deliveries and receipts of products and/or materials as applicable. * Participate in the development and review of departmental or company documents as required by the internal quality system. * Report any incidents occurring in the production line, whether related to materials, products, personnel, or processes. * Conduct plant inductions for new personnel. * Carry out assigned activities regarding compliance with GMP. * Record and collect time and motion data when no other responsible person is designated. * Maintain personnel attendance sheets and send them to payroll. * Verify each time passing through a production area that the process is being carried out according to the production order. * Inform the relevant parties of corrective maintenance needs for areas and equipment. * Maintain process yields, guaranteeing the minimum allowable rejection level. * Report any accident risks: unsafe conditions, equipment or work sites
