The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production operations at our facility, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The candidate must lead a team of operators, ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at the plant. \- Ensure that production processes comply with food safety and quality standards. \- Manage rotating shifts, including task assignments and attendance tracking. \- Monitor production team performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency. \- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues. \- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure efficient workflow. \- Prepare production and performance reports for management.
