The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development. * Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems. * Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring the platform supports the company's growth and scalability. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. * Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices. * Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform for efficiency, performance, and user experience. * Ensure Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control are maintained. * Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the platform and processes. * Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations on how Salesforce can be leveraged to support growth and efficiency. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. * 5\+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering. * 2\+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within Salesforce development. * Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce integrations, and data migration. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud. * Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other technologies. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Gearset. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions. * Desired Salesforce Certifications: * Salesforce Platform Developer I * Salesforce CPQ * Salesforce Sales Cloud * Salesforce Service Cloud **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional Certifications Considered: + Salesforce Platform Developer II + Salesforce Java Script Developer I + Salesforce Experience Cloud * Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
