With roles open in Austin, TX (HQ) and remote, we are growing fast and would love to consider you for our team! **Job Overview:** The **Operations Analyst** works to innovate and improve operational processes and technology to enable our teams to add value at every step and drive scalability. On any given day, the Operations Analyst is conducting data or process analysis, designing and implementing improved processes, managing small product launches and communications, or overseeing small tool implementations. The Operations Analyst supports the Sales and Customer Experience teams and reports to the Senior Manager of Operations Excellence. **Responsibilities:*** This role is a primary conduit between our operations team needs and implementing solutions for them. This entails listening to their problems to solve and opportunities, asking clarifying questions, and investigating to understand root causes and desired outcomes. Once the requests are defined, the Operations Analyst will scope the work and document detailed requirements for those who will fulfill them. Lastly, they will act as the project manager for these improvements and often be the implementers as well. * The Operations Analyst will support teams through change management, staying aware of potential impacts, and partnering with stakeholders to overcome them. * Success in this work will be measured as volume and scope of work completed, quality of delivery, and the impact on operations team success. This could be increased sales, saving time, or more accurate information for decision making. * Examples of this work include optimizing processes with automation or removing wasteful steps, creating or improving dashboards and reports, downloading and analyzing sets of data, or managing the implementation of new technology. * This individual must be customer focused and passionate about: + Ensuring the work you do makes an impact and has measurable outcomes. + Building trustworthy relationships with internal customers and partners + The people you serve, their work, and the value of their time. + Having a bias for action and moving forward. This means asking for help or finding another way when things go sideways or get stuck. + Proactivity in identifying inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities and taking ownership of proposing and implementing improvements + Balances direction and independence: comfortable taking direction and feedback while exercising sound judgment in independent problem solving. + Attention to detail and follow\-through: strong sense of ownership over accuracy and completeness. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or related field. * 3\+ years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency and delivering results with clear success metrics. Preferably in a customer service and/or sales environment. * Comfort with ambiguity and breaking up bigger projects into smaller parts. * Proven experience in process optimization: process\-minded systems thinker with a solid background in process and systems mapping using visualization tools. * 1\+ years of project management experience including project management tooling like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Gannt charts. * Ability to use frameworks to assess and document current processes (as\-is), call out gaps/opportunities, and chart recommended changes/new processes * Proven data analysis and data presentation skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong written, comprehension, and verbal English skills (minimum C1\-C2\) * Self\-starter and natural problem solver *Furnished Finder is an equal opportunity employer.
