With roles open in Austin, TX (HQ) and remote, we are growing fast and would love to consider you for our team! **Job Overview:** The **Operations Analyst** works to innovate and improve operational processes and technology to enable our teams to add value at every step and drive scalability. On any given day, the Operations Analyst is conducting data or process analysis, designing and implementing improved processes, managing small product launches and communications, or overseeing small tool implementations. The Operations Analyst supports the Sales and Customer Experience teams and reports to the Senior Manager of Operations Excellence. **Responsibilities:*** This role is a primary conduit between our operations team needs and implementing solutions for them. This entails listening to their problems to solve and opportunities, asking clarifying questions, and investigating to understand root causes and desired outcomes. Once the requests are defined, the Operations Analyst will scope the work and document detailed requirements for those who will fulfill them. Lastly, they will act as the project manager for these improvements and often be the implementers as well. * The Operations Analyst will support teams through change management, staying aware of potential impacts, and partnering with stakeholders to overcome them. * Success in this work will be measured as volume and scope of work completed, quality of delivery, and the impact on operations team success.
