We are looking for a **Project Manager** with a background in **packaging or print production**, who can coordinate artwork, timelines, and client communication for international packaging accounts. **Role Overview** The **Project Manager – Packaging \& Print** will oversee end\-to\-end project delivery for packaging artwork adaptation and print production workflows. This includes coordinating between internal design teams, external suppliers, and global clients to ensure accuracy, timing, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate has strong **organizational, communication, and client management skills**, combined with a solid understanding of **print processes and artwork production**. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage multiple **packaging artwork projects** from briefing to delivery. * Coordinate tasks between **designers, artworkers, and QA teams**. * Ensure projects are completed **on time, within scope, and within budget**. * Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. * Review and validate artwork deliverables for technical accuracy. * Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira). * Manage version control and approvals for multiple SKUs and markets. * Anticipate risks, flag potential delays, and propose proactive solutions. **Required Skills** * **3–6 years** of experience in **project management for packaging, print, or design production**. * Strong understanding of **packaging workflows** and **print production processes**. * Experience collaborating with **designers, artworkers, or repro teams**. * Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., **Asana, Monday, Jira**). * Excellent communication and **client\-facing skills**. * **Advanced English** level (written and spoken). * Ability to handle high\-volume projects with attention to detail.
