This role is essential in ensuring smooth, reliable, and efficient data connectivity between **internal systems** (ERP, OMS, WMS) and **external partners**, including marketplaces, retailers, suppliers, and logistics providers (3PLs). You’ll serve as a **bridge between business operations, IT, and external partners**, helping maintain the seamless data exchanges that power order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, invoicing, and shipping processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain **EDI and API integrations** with trading partners, marketplaces, and logistics providers. * Manage **data mapping, transformation, and validation** processes between diverse systems and formats (XML, JSON, flat files, ANSI X12 EDI). * Configure integration workflows for **order processing** (850, 856, 810, 940, 945\), inventory updates, and shipment confirmations. * Coordinate **connectivity with third\-party logistics (3PL)** providers for WMS and TMS integrations. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure system integrations align with operational requirements and business goals. * Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to maintain system uptime and data accuracy. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations across systems. **Requirements** **Must Have:** * Proven experience in **EDI and API integration design, development, and support**. * Proficiency with **data exchange formats** such as XML, JSON, flat files, and ANSI X12 EDI. * Hands\-on experience configuring **order processing workflows** and related EDI document types (850, 856, 810, 940, 945\). * Experience integrating **ERP, OMS, and WMS systems** with third\-party platforms. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * **Fluent English** (written and spoken). * Ability to work **remotely** within ±2 hours of Eastern Standard Time (EST). **Nice to Have:** * Experience working with platforms such as **Luminous, STEDI, SURPASS, or NetSuite**. * Prior experience in a **hybrid or fully remote work environment**. **What We’re Looking For in You** * **Adaptable \& Resourceful:** You thrive in fast\-paced environments and can pivot effectively when priorities shift. * **Collaborative Communicator:** You work well across departments and with external partners. * **Analytical Thinker:** You enjoy solving complex data and system challenges. * **Proactive \& Detail\-Oriented:** You take ownership of your work and ensure accuracy at every step. **Why Join Us?
