Main responsibilities: * Plan and schedule **operational staff** (fixed and rotating) according to customer needs. * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services. * Manage operational changes, absences due to illness, permissions, and personnel updates. * Perform **billing for recurring clients** and follow up on accounts receivable. * Visit clients to strengthen relationships, address complaints, suggestions, and feedback. * Manage the **payroll of the team in charge** (20 people), ensuring accurate recording of working hours, permissions, and sick leaves. * Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel documentation. * Provide continuous feedback to the operational team, promoting improvement and service quality. Profile requirements: * Technical or technological degree in administrative, business management, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in operational staff coordination or similar roles. * Skills in planning, leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, operational control systems). * Ability to work under pressure and with a customer-oriented approach.
