**Job Description** Ensure the operation, evolution, and security of ePayco's web ecosystem through technical management of its digital platforms. The webmaster will be responsible for implementing continuous improvements in performance, architecture, technical SEO, and user experience, ensuring availability, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Their work will directly impact operational efficiency, digital conversion, and brand positioning, aligning with the organization's business and growth objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and maintain the website's technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with business goals. * Plan updates, improvements, publishing schedules, and optimization strategies (technical SEO, speed, accessibility). * Define security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. * Analyze technical and content requirements together with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. * Identify search engine and AI-driven positioning opportunities. * Design semantic SEO strategies and integration workflows with HubSpot and other digital tools. * Administer and maintain the website (WordPress and other CMS), managing updates, customizations, and error resolution. * Implement technical integrations with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and fintech services. * Optimize site content and structure to improve performance, speed, and user experience. * Ensure site security, backups, and regulatory compliance. * Conduct functional and compatibility testing prior to publishing content or campaigns. * Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align digital strategy with business objectives. * Monitor site performance, security, and availability using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, GTmetrix, etc.). * Audit compliance with technical, regulatory, and accessibility standards (WCAG, Habeas Data). * Review effectiveness of HubSpot integrations and digital campaign performance. * Analyze traffic, conversion, and SEO ranking metrics, documenting improvement opportunities. * Propose and execute continuous improvements in web architecture, SEO, user experience, and security. * Update technical processes based on new technologies or audit findings. * Document learnings, changes, and site versions. * Train internal teams on best practices in CMS, SEO, and web optimization. * Participate in technical feedback sessions to enhance digital service quality. **Education:** Professional in systems engineering, web design, or web development **Experience:** **Minimum 3 years** of experience in technical administration of websites built on **WordPress**, including advanced management of plugins, themes, updates, security, and customization. **Technical Skills:** * Development and maintenance of CMS sites (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or similar). * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. * Optimization of technical SEO, page loading speed (Core Web Vitals), and user experience. * Server management, databases, backups, and uptime monitoring. * Hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and backup management. * Implementation of accessibility standards (WCAG), data protection regulations (such as Habeas Data), and web development best practices. * Technical integration with automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including: * Embedding smart forms. * Configuration of conversion events and tracking. * Synchronization of data between the website and HubSpot via APIs or specialized plugins. * Automation of contact flows and lead nurturing from the web ecosystem. * Knowledge in custom development of plugins and themes using PHP, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. * Participation in technological migration projects, website redesign, or digital transformation. * Familiarity with tools such as Elementor, WP Rocket, Yoast SEO, Google Tag Manager, GA4, among others. * Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or similar). * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity applied to web environments. * Experience integrating with APIs and fintech services. **City:** Medellín **Benefits:** Hybrid work model. ️Additional vacation days.
