




Our client, Energía Nutritiva, is looking for a Head of Content to lead the strategy, direction, and execution of the brand’s entire content ecosystem, with a focus on growth, conversion, and performance. **This role is cross-functional:** it connects organic content, paid media, audiovisual production, strategic copywriting and storytelling, ensuring consistency, creative quality, and measurable results. We’re looking for someone who makes content not only look great—but also sell and scale. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee and approve the organic content strategy of the Social Media team. * Define visual and narrative guidelines to align organic + ads. * Design evergreen content systems and launch-specific content. * Lead creative concepts for paid campaigns and ensure a steady flow of creative testing. * Review and improve hooks, storytelling, ad structure, and scripts (mini VSL / UGC / reels). * Coordinate weekly with the traffic agency to review creative performance (CTR, CPM, CAC, ROAS, fatigue) and prioritize new creatives. * Lead the audiovisual team in producing reels, ads, educational/aspirational content, testimonials, quick hooks, and behind-the-scenes footage. * Manage timelines, filming schedule with the CEO, and deliverables. * Ensure sustainable growth of Instagram as the primary channel for organic acquisition. * Analyze organic and paid content results, document learnings, and scale winning formats. * Generate monthly reports with actionable insights and data-driven strategic adjustments. **Requirements:** Experience (verifiable) * Previous experience as Content Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Head of Marketing at a digital company. * Created high-CTR ads: * minimum 10 ads with CTR >1.7% * at least 3 ads with CTR >2% (Meta, TikTok or YouTube) * Experience creating scripts and creative lines: hooks, mini VSL, UGC scripts, high-performing reels. * Verifiable experience in organic growth (at least one): * ≥10% monthly growth, or * scaling accounts to +50,000 followers, or * sustained engagement >4% * Participation in 2–3 digital launches (leads/sales), working hand-in-hand with Paid Media. * Experience leading creative teams (design, audiovisual, social media, copy and/or freelancers).
