The purpose of this position is to **develop and optimize steel structural designs**, ensuring compliance with current technical standards, quality requirements, and project constructability. This role will be responsible for **performing structural calculations, preparing technical reports, drawings, and specifications**, and integrating work with commercial, production, installation, and administrative departments, contributing to the technical and economic success of projects. **Responsibilities** * Design and optimize metal structures in compliance with NSR\-10 and other applicable standards. * Prepare calculation reports, drawings, technical specifications, and material lists. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure correct project execution. * Manage engineering department timelines, costs, and resources. * Promote the implementation of digital tools and BIM methodologies. * **Requirements** **Education:** * Civil Engineer with specialization or master’s degree in Structures. **Specific knowledge:** * Design and analysis of metal structures. * Advanced proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures or equivalent). Proficiency in **ETABS** software is essential. * Knowledge of NSR\-10, ACI, AISC, ASCE, and AWS standards. * Preparation and review of calculation reports and detailed drawings. * Familiarity with **BIM** methodologies and multidisciplinary coordination. * Technical planning and project tracking (PMBOK or similar). **Experience:** * Minimum of **three (3\) years** of experience in structural design of buildings and metal structures. * Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or metal infrastructure projects. * **Competencies** * Technical rigor and quality orientation. * Analytical and structured thinking. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and interdisciplinary teamwork. * Innovation and continuous improvement. * Professional ethics and commitment to structural safety. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
