




Job Summary: The Business \& Reporting Analyst will act as the main point of contact for business KPI insights \& Trends. This role will be responsible for reporting, data analysis \& stakeholder management Responsibilities: * Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. * Streamline \& standardize the existing reporting process across the different operations * Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings \& recommendations, with special emphasis on QA reporting * Become SME on performance metrics for clients and organization * Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans * Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement Skills and Experience: * 3\+ years of experience in similar roles * English –Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher) * Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience * Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus) * Intermediate\-Advanced Power BI skills * Project Management Knowledge preferred * Strong professional, independent thinking skills with strength in problem solving and the ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions. * Ability to deal with ambiguity * Strong stakeholder management skills * Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills * Problem\-solving skills * Ability to summarize and communicate important data
