COORDINADOR ACE (ADUANAS) At World Cargo Group (international freight agency), we are seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of communication with international clients and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Required knowledge: * Data entry of import declarations in Open Comex and Aprocom systems. * Review of import documentation, tariff classification, preparation of import records. * Preparation of import declarations, handling VUCE and SIGLO XXI platforms. * Coordination of air and maritime import clearance processes. * Basic knowledge of customs regulations, customer service, and client attention. Profile * Education: Professional, Technical, Technologist, or related fields in International Trade or International Business. * Experience: 3 years of experience in international trade. * Salary: $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 depending on experience + statutory benefits. * Contract: Fixed-term for 6 months, renewable for three additional periods, then indefinite. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:40 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:20 am (from home), with possibility of hybrid work after probation period. * Career development plan * Emotional salary If you have a detail-oriented profile and are looking for a challenge in the customs field, this opportunity is for you.
