Our driving force is innovation and the talent of those who build a better future every day. **About the role's purpose** We are seeking a HubSpot and Communications Automation Specialist to lead the setup, optimization, and monitoring of workflows and segmentations, ensuring efficient communications, reliable data, and processes that enhance Marketing, Sales, Retention, and Customer Service strategies across the region. **About the role's responsibilities** * Build and configure HubSpot workflows for marketing, sales, retention, and service. * Design and maintain dynamic and static lists based on business criteria (stages, country, product). * Audit and optimize active workflows, avoiding redundancies and errors. * Ensure proper definition of properties within automations. * Collaborate with teams on data cleansing and information validation. * Execute testing (QA) before activating workflows and automations. * Document workflows, triggers, segmentations, and processes for reference and scalability. * Support the implementation of communication templates and multichannel campaigns. **Role requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Digital Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience: 2 to 5 years managing and automating in HubSpot. * Knowledge of: HubSpot (essential), advanced Excel, BI (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau), SQL (desirable). * Experience in audience segmentation and automated communication. **Key skills** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments. * Continuous improvement mindset. **Role benefits** * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities in an innovative, multinational environment. * Location: Bogotá, with regional impact. * Coverage: Multinational * Start date: October 1, 2025
