We’re seeking a CRM Specialist (Klaviyo) to own email automation, campaign execution, and data optimization for a fast\-growing e\-commerce brand. You’ll transform customer data into personalized communication that drives retention and revenue. Core Outcomes * Design and manage automated email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, cart abandon, win\-back). * Execute weekly campaigns with pixel\-perfect QA and on\-time launches. * Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement. * Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy.
