UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary **Customer Service and Technical Support Agents** to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla! **What Will You Do?** This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate is tech\-savvy, empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent support. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile services, network connectivity, and devices. * Guide customers through problem\-solving steps and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. * Process account\-related requests, such as activations, plan changes, and billing inquiries. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. **Who are you?** *To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:* * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or technical support, preferably in telecommunications. * Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. * B2 English proficiency **Who We Are:** UnifyCX is a transformative AI platform that empowers and enables teams to deliver efficient, exceptional customer experiences.
