





The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Lima Charlie Inc. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and have a strong ability to build relationships in high\-pressure environments. This role involves identifying new opportunities within the natural disaster response and state of emergency sectors, driving sales, and securing contracts with key stakeholders and agencies. You will anticipate the needs of clients and act quickly to respond, ensuring that Lima Charlie Inc. is always prepared to provide top\-tier solutions. **Compensation:** $9 \- $12 hourly **Responsibilities:*** **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the emergency services and disaster recovery sector, including securing state of emergency and natural disaster contracts. * **Drive Growth:** Develop strategies to drive company growth in the disaster recovery and state of emergency markets. Create actionable plans to expand our reach and increase revenue in these sectors. * **Client Relations:** Develop and maintain strong, long\-lasting relationships with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. * **Contract Negotiation:** Lead contract negotiations and work closely with operations teams to secure new contracts in line with company objectives. * **Anticipate Needs:** Continuously monitor and track disaster forecasting systems and weather patterns to anticipate natural disasters and state of emergency situations. Stay updated on emerging risks and threats, ensuring the company is always prepared to act quickly and effectively when disasters strike. Proactively plan and allocate resources based on anticipated needs, ensuring rapid response capabilities are in place. * **Effective Communication:** Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Provide regular updates to leadership on business development progress and challenges. * **Sales Strategy:** Formulate and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and business targets in line with Lima Charlie Inc.'s objectives.
