We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member to help us deliver flawless digital experiences to our customers worldwide. ### **Job Responsibilities:** * Design, create, and execute manual test cases to ensure product requirements are met. * Report, document, and track bugs clearly and concisely using issue tracking tools. * Collaborate closely with development and product teams to resolve bugs and support release cycles. * Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of our agile process. * Perform regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability testing on web and mobile platforms. * Maintain and update test documentation as requirements evolve. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual QA testing for web and/or mobile applications. * Knowledge of QA methodologies, test case creation, and bug documentation. * Experience using bug or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. * Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). * Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken). * Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment. * Experience in agile environments and knowledge of automation concepts (a plus). ### **Our Offer:** * **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor Agreement * **Work Mode:** 100% remote (work from anywhere). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (full-time). * **Salary:** 4 MM COP. **Benefits:** * Health insurance. * Connectivity allowance. * Physical wellness subsidy. * Access to a Platzi/Coursera membership for continuous learning. * Additional paid time off. ### **Ready to help us elevate quality in the digital real estate experience?** Apply now and become part of the journey with Million!
