We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the daily execution of projects within our online sweepstakes casino platform. You will manage a cross\-functional team of around 20 developers, DevOps engineers, QA analysts, and technical contributors, ensuring smooth delivery of platform enhancements, integrations, and releases. This role requires strong technical foundations, hands\-on leadership, and proven experience managing complex integrations in highly regulated industries. **What You’ll Do** * Lead the day\-to\-day execution of technical projects across engineering, DevOps, QA, and support teams. * Coordinate priorities, remove blockers, and keep projects on track to meet deadlines. * Maintain detailed project tracking, timelines, and reporting for leadership visibility. * Manage technical integration projects with third\-party providers, including PSPs, fraud prevention systems, and external game providers. * Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring requirements, testing, and deployment are aligned. * Own the release management process for all production deployments, including hotfixes. * Plan, coordinate, and communicate release activities, ensuring documentation and stakeholder approvals. * Collaborate with senior leadership, including the VP of Production and Product Owner, to align projects with company priorities. * Provide clear status updates, communicate risks, and manage dependencies across stakeholders. **What We’re Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in technical project management or program management. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven track record leading cross\-functional technical teams in Agile or hybrid environments. * Strong experience managing third\-party integrations (PSPs, fraud/risk systems, or game/content providers). * Solid background in release management for 24/7 production environments. * Previous experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or another regulated industry strongly preferred. * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication abilities across technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern release practices is a plus. * Flexible and adaptable, able to balance planned work with urgent priorities.
