Desirable studies related to digital marketing, corporate communication, sustainability, reputation, crisis management, among others (e.g., diplomas, specializations). + Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on areas of internal and external corporate communication, digital marketing, public or corporate affairs. + Experience coordinating projects. + Knowledge of the media landscape in Colombia and the region, and strong relationships with journalists, editors, as well as other relevant audiences for the sector. + Experience/knowledge in digital communication, influencer marketing and influence PR. + Experience in managing risk/crisis situations. + Solid understanding of the national and international economic, political and social landscape. + Excellent writing and spelling skills. + English B2 (essential requirement). ### **What Will You Do?** + Contribute strategically to the development of communication plans. + Lead and ensure the execution of established plans and strategies. + Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by developing comprehensive proposals. + Be responsible for the operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and timely delivery. + Supervise efficient fulfillment of the scope of work with clients, aiming for business profitability. + Define, optimize and monitor KPIs according to each client’s strategic needs. + Promote and share best practices, trends and new knowledge in communications through continuous research on the current context and circumstances in which clients operate. + Lead and drive the development of the assigned team, guiding them to meet expectations with clear deadlines, providing necessary resources, and tracking progress. + Actively and strategically lead crisis situations.
