**HR Generalist** ----------------- **About the Role** ------------------ This role is responsible for managing Human Talent processes for the medical business, supporting the achievement of objectives across different businesses **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Administer the annual employee cycle within the logistics area * Ensure attraction and selection for positions within assigned areas (individual contributors and people leaders) * Enable line managers to build and execute training agendas for employees in new roles or positions * Ensure implementation of the development process in assigned areas * Understand and provide guidance to employees in assigned areas regarding general HR processes, benefits, and self-service tools * Ensure implementation of culture/employee experience initiatives applicable to employees in assigned areas * Participate in the design and implementation of well-being activities for your clients * Monitor compliance with collective bargaining agreements and actions related to union management. **Who You Are** --------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology, or related fields * 3 years of experience managing Human Resources processes in supply chain * English level B1/B2 **What We Can Offer You** ------------------------- Our purpose, Breaking Barriers for Wellbeing, gives meaning to everything we do.
