OVERVIEW The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross\-functional teams, and ensuring high\-quality code delivery. The role involves participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and contributing to innovative solutions to meet business needs. As a Developer, you will work closely with experienced mentors and cross\-functional teams to develop your skills and gain hands\-on experience in building data structures/pipelines \& modern web applications. RESPONSIBILITIES Development: * Contribute to the development and maintenance of server\-side applications using modern programming languages such as Python, C\#, SQL and other various languages. * Gain experience in utilizing/implementing APIs to facilitate communication between front\-end and back\-end systems. * Knowledge and experience working with SQL (stored procedures, scripts, etc.) * Develop an understanding of database design, optimization, and management. * Troubleshoot and debug issues under the guidance of senior developers. Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends and technologies through continuous learning. Collaboration and Learning: * Actively participate in code reviews to learn best practices and share knowledge within the team. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards. Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including managers, designers, and experienced developers, to deliver high\-quality software/technology solutions. Testing and Deployment: * Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of applications. * Participate in the deployment process and gain exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. * Familiarity with front\-end technologies. * Basic knowledge of server\-side languages and back\-end frameworks. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Blazor, ASP.NET (Core), C\#, Python, SQL (Stored Procedures) * Product Owner / Product Manager mindset * Strong understanding of database management and SQL * Exposure to database systems (SQL) and database design principles. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure). * Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer. * Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet deadlines * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have: * Experience with personal projects or internships involving web development, application development. * Familiarity with generative AI tools, machine learning \& data science * We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can learn from experienced professionals and contribute to exciting projects.
