We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marsh team. This role will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days of office work per week. The Operations Analyst will be part of our policy servicing team, responsible for managing tasks related to billing, policy renewals, and post-renewal activities, ensuring efficient insurance policy administration and customer support. We will count on you to: * Manage billing processes, policy renewals, and post-renewal activities. * Support policy administration, claims handling, and customer service related to insurance. * Prepare and analyze insurance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. What you need to have: * Technical or professional degree in administrative or related fields; recent graduates are welcome. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in document management and analysis, specifically in insurance, preferably in P\&C. * Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. * Availability to work a 3x2 schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including holidays (working according to the Peruvian calendar).
