With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. **About the role:** The Public Areas Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all common areas of the hotel such as lobby, corridors, public restrooms, meeting rooms, elevators, stairwells, employee areas and outdoor spaces—remain clean, tidy and presentable at all times. This position supervises cleaning staff assigned to these areas, coordinates daily tasks, verifies quality standards and ensures compliance with the hotel's established hygiene and safety protocols. **What you’ll do:** * Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas of the hotel, guaranteeing excellent presentation and hygienic conditions at all times. * Supervise and assist with cleaning during special events, ensuring spaces are ready before, during and after each activity. * Follow and enforce hygiene, safety and occupational risk prevention regulations, including proper handling of waste and chemicals. * Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests or complaints, always maintaining a professional and service-oriented attitude. * Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant incidents or instructions, ensuring effective coordination with the team and upcoming shifts. **Requirements** : * Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams in the housekeeping department * Technical or technological degree in hotel management, business administration or hospitality administration. * Basic knowledge of Opera and HotSos * Proficiency in operating cleaning machinery such as rotary machines (floor buffers), high\-pressure washers, and professional Karcher equipment. * Knowledge of furniture and carpet cleaning. * Knowledge and handling of cleaning solutions. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary * Indefinite-term contract * Excellent training and development opportunities * Free accommodation at other Four Seasons hotels and resorts * Free laundry service for employee uniforms * Free meals for employees
