Salary COP 50\-56 million/year \+ Perks Package. **POSITION SUMMARY** We’re seeking a proactive Coordinator to assist with administrative operations, personnel processes, and keep internal and external workflows running on time and reliably. The Coordinator manages employee documentation and services, works closely with internal teams, BPO staff, external partners, and government agencies, and organizes meetings and team events. The suitable candidate has 3 years of experience in administrative and HR services, working effectively with government entities, Colombia’s social security system, and other external partners. They are competent in common business and government applications and platforms, handle confidential information responsibly, and are organized and detail oriented. Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking skills are essential.
