We are seeking an experienced **Chief AI Engineer** to lead the creation, integration, and enhancement of advanced AI\-powered solutions for essential systems and workflows. This role focuses on deploying tools such as CodeMie and System Analytic Assistants to optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and improve risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs), system integration, and regulatory frameworks, combined with a passion for advancing AI technologies. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Configure and integrate customized Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing workflows * Administer user workflows and permissions for AI systems across various teams * Design and incorporate data sources into CodeMie to enable seamless data flow and analytics * Develop and deploy an AI\-driven System Analytic Assistant to enhance productivity and streamline operations * Connect System Analytic Assistant with platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Polarion to support collaboration and project oversight * Establish connections between AI systems, repositories such as GitHub and Azure DevOps, and Azure subscriptions for efficient data access * Oversee indexing processes for Jira, Confluence, Polarion, and Azure data to enable comprehensive RAG assessments and analytics * Implement AI capabilities compliant with ISO and FDA standards, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and US 21 CFR 820\.30 (b) * Configure AI workflows to align with quality management, risk management, and software lifecycle requirements in adherence to regulatory standards * Ensure AI solutions are properly indexed and configured for seamless integration with ISO, FDA, and IEC standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field * At least 7 years of experience in AI engineering or similar roles * Minimum of 2 years managing and leading development teams * Participation in at least two full\-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning different development phases * Expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and its subscription services * Hands\-on experience with data integration and APIs, including Jira, Confluence, Polarion, GitHub, and Azure repositories * Proficiency in DevOps workflows for data indexing, management, and automation * Comprehensive understanding of AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face * Strong problem\-solving skills and experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams * Familiarity with RAG indexing models and integrating analytics into decision\-making processes * Knowledge of UI/UX principles for designing user\-friendly AI systems * Exceptional communication skills for working with engineering, compliance, and business teams * Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and IEC standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 * Experience implementing data compliance procedures for managing sensitive information under regulatory frameworks **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
